“I own a home from 1902. In the 35 years I have lived here, we have had MANY remodeling/repairing projects. I hate them. I hate the mess. I hate the decisions. In 2026 we finally got to the kitchen, a project long delayed due to dread and fear. As we got near the end, it came time for the backsplash in the kitchen. I really didn’t know where to start. Simply Timeless had come in earlier and offered solutions, a number of options and price ranges, but I still didn’t know what to do next. They offered a trip to the store, bringing along the flooring piece and a painted piece of drywall. They helped me explore many different options and laid them all out, got my thoughts, and kept going until I found something I was happy with. They could tell I was feeling overwhelmed with the choices and were very patient with me, and showed how different grout could pull colors out of the tile and give me a vision I was excited about. They purchased material and explained how they had extra, and how it could be returned if not needed. This made me feel better knowing that the project wouldn’t end up unfinished and not being able to match it later. On both days of install, they arrived on time and prepared. And one of my biggest pet peeves, cleanup! So many contractors are negligent in this area, but they were exceptionally cleaned up. I was able to observe and ask questions as they went, and they explained what they were doing and why. When the project was finished I just loved it! I have received so many compliments on how it looks, the attention to detail, and they way it tied the whole kitchen together. It really has made the kitchen complete!”
